Green Building

 What is a green building?

The concept of a green building is not simply called so because of mere application of an exterior colour on it, rather it is the newest methodology of construction and it endeavours to create buildings that are safer, more durable and are able to provide up to 10% more carpet area in an apartment, besides they keep homes cooler too.

The technology comprises of a process that is eco-friendly yet durable, green yet safe. This new age style of constructing homes utilises environment friendly methods and materials that are incorporated right from inception going up to the final completion of the project. The benefits of a green building apartment extend beyond the environment; they have been shown to considerably bring down the temperatures of homes, thereby saving on precious energy bills in the long term. Green buildings also help reduce water consumption and offer better ventilation.
